My brisket and flank pho was delicious. The broth was deep and complex. The noodles were not overcooked. I'm definitely coming back. Best pho in Issaquah.

Wonderfully overfilled Pho, I had more vegetables and tofu than broth which has never happened, I am usually fishing for my veg at other Pho places so this was amazingly filling. The chicken is my children's Pho was tender, white, and delicious and there was a lot of it also. Quality food.
